	We had our initial public offering and began trading on Oct. 13, 1993, at $14 per share in the NASDAQ National Market.

On January 21, 2013, the company announced that its Board of Directors has authorized the repurchase of up to $50 million of its common shares. The timing of repurchases will depend on several factors including market and business conditions. For more information, see the Company’s press release dated January 21, 2013. The Company does not currently pay dividends and has no plans to do so in the foreseeable future.
